I purchased this product for my 3-month-old daughter suffering from colic pain, hoping it would help her eliminate gas more easily. Unfortunately, after nearly finishing the bottle, I noticed no improvement in her condition.

I had high hopes for Mommy's Bliss Baby Gas Relief Simethicone Drops, but it turned into a nightmare. The drops did not relieve my newborn's stomach pain and caused a rash. Discontinuing use led to significant improvement, which is very disappointing.
